New associates kick-start their journey with rigorous training programmes. These programmes are carefully designed to ensure new associate have the skills, knowledge, and mentorship, supported by a strong administration and a comprehensive set of tools. The new associate will also be mentored by more experienced consultants. More specific and in-depth training will be given on an individual basis.
We are committed to live up to the promises made to our associates when they join, to ensure they can have long-lasting, fulfilling careers with us.
COMPANY LEVEL
MINSure Solutions 60 Days Programme and FastStart Programme are our unique in-house programmes for all new associates. They aim to assimilate new associates into the financial planning landscape and acquire the right skills to be effective financial consultants. Associates will learn from the experiences of our managers and directors and be trained on the sales cycle - Initial Meeting, Fact-Finding, Analysis, Presentation,
Implementation and Regular Review.
TEAM LEVEL
The new associate will also be mentored by more experienced consultants. More specific and in-depth training will be given on an individual basis. This is reinforced by the group team members' sharing of ideas and experiences.
